keeping communities up-to-date
I started The Dawesy Hub in December 2023 after noticing a growing disconnect in our community. On local Facebook groups, it became clear that many of the new residents, especially those moving into the newer housing developments, weren't aware of the services, events, or even the natural attractions around Dawesville. The area was starting to feel fractured, and I felt we needed something to bring people together, to reconnect and inform.
That's when I launched The Dawesy Hub, a local newsletter and digital space designed to spotlight what's happening in and around Dawesville. From community safety and gardening tips to local waters and beach updates, it's become a go-to resource for residents who want to feel more connected to the place they call home. It's also helping support my other not-for-profit ventures, thanks to a mix of advertising and community engagement.
You can explore the latest stories, guides, and updates on The Dawesy Hub's official site.
