over 50yrs fighting for it

I've always stood up for what’s right, not just with words or behind a screen but by rolling up my sleeves and taking action. I’m not the kind of person who can easily be brushed aside. Sure, I might not grasp every detail the first time something is explained, but that doesn’t stop me. I’ll take the time to dig deep, research it thoroughly, and then come back stronger and better informed. My commitment doesn’t waver because, to me, the stakes couldn’t be higher. There’s no Planet B, and that’s a truth I carry with me in everything I do.

Connecting Corridors

Connecting Corridors is about stitching together the threads that make communities stronger, safer, and more inclusive.  Whether it’s safeguarding vulnerable groups or fostering respectful collaboration, Connecting Corridors exists to bridge gaps: between generations, between sectors, and between intention and impact. It’s not just about connection, it’s about continuity, care, and creating pathways that future-proof the values we stand for.

Guerilla Gardening

There's something deeply satisfying about transforming a bare patch of dirt with colour & texture. I love repurposing materials, using what's on hand to create something unexpected: old tyres become planters, broken bricks frame wildflowers, and every splash of paint or bloom feels like a small act of hope. It's not about ownership, it's about contribution, about leaving a place better than you found it, even if no one knows it was you.

NRDC - Laguna San Ignacio

Back in March 2000, a landmark victory for conservation was achieved, and I was proud to have played a role in it, no matter how small. This collaborative effort showcased the power of community in protecting our planet’s precious ecosystems and defending the incredible wildlife that calls it home.

Bunbury Dolphin Trust

The goal was to study & protect the resident bottlenose dolphins while fostering respectful human interaction. This led to the creation of the Interaction Zone in 1990, where dolphins could voluntarily engage with visitors.  By 1994, the Trust's efforts culminated in the construction of the Dolphin Discovery Centre.
